New Environmental Sustainability Levy
Effective as from 01st August 2023, the Seychelles Government will implement a levy with the aim to reinforce the Islands commitment to a greener and more sustainable future.
The levy will go towards initiatives of renewal energy and environmental conservation.
Tourists will be levied an amount of SCR 100 per person, per night with payment taken directly at the Resort.
It is important to note that children under 12.99, airline company staff and Seychellois citizens will be exempt from the levy.
